• When filename is passed to FileRead noData terminal propagation,
  it broke some long running applications.

  All users of App Connect Enterprise v12 Fixpack 6 onwards who
  uses FileRead Node.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In App Connect Enterprise v12 FP06, an issue was corrected,
  where if the file name was blank then it would use file pattern
  string in the propagated LocalEnvironment when propagate to the
  noMatch terminal of FileRead Node. This caused behavioral change
  for some long-running applications.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR introduces a new environment variable
  MQSI_FILENODES_NO_PATTERN_STRING_TO_FILENAME to retain old
  behaviour of having blank file name in the propagated
  LocalEnvironment of noMatch terminal of FileRead Node. This
  environment variable can be set to any non-null value to be
  effective.
