Error description

  • After changing the password on a storage device and using Modify
Connection to change the credentials in Storage Insights, the
test connection action fails and the device is marked as having
invalid credentials. This happens even though the task to
update the credentials with Modify Connection was reported as
successful. In this situation, the test connection fails
because it continues to use the old credentials and no data
collection can occur. The credentials were not updated as
    expected.
Problem as described by customer: Multiple block storage not
    connecting after credential update
    Initial customer impact (low/med/high): med
