APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After uploading logs for an XIV or Flash A9000/A9000R device,
    data collection for every device monitored by the same Data
    Collector that monitors the XIV or Flash A9000/A9000R will
    fail.
    The data collection status will show "Task Expired" if there is
    a proxy configured for this Data Collector.
    
    The following error can be seen in the log:
    Error reading from COS stream to file with COS key PERFORMANCE/
    xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/1680534000000/168053436911
    1/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx _1680534369111.zip error
    java.lang.NullPointerException
