IT43695: UPDATING A UDP VALUE IN A REST API PROJECT MAKES THE API URI INACCESSIBLE ON ACE V12.0.8.0

Error description

• In ACE v12.0.8, when there is a REST API project which contains
  a UDP value, the API URI becomes inaccessible when an attempt is
  made to reach the URI after updating the UDP property.
  After updating the UDP property of a REST project using Web User
  Interface or using apply-global-udp-override API, the endpoint
  is seen returning a 404 status code when invoked.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  After updating the UDP property of a REST project using Web User
  Interface or using apply-global-udp-override API, the endpoint
  is seen returning a 404 status code when invoked.
  

Problem conclusion

• Users can now access the REST API endpoint after updating the
  UDP property of the REST project.
