Error description

• The mqsipackagebar and ibmint package commands may fail to
  compile maps referencing message sets included directly in the
  application. The error message will be BIP3946E: Generating map:
  XXX Could not resolve schema YYY.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The mqsipackagebar and ibmint package commands may fail to
  compile maps referencing message sets included directly in the

Problem conclusion

• Maps are compiled without errors irrespective of message sets
  location.
