  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise v11, v12 and IBM
  Integration Bus v10.1 requiring updated time zone definitions
  for Egypt DST changes

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  From 2023, Egypt no longer observes DST. A clock change will no
  longer happen on 2023 and instead Egypt time zones will remain
  on standard time. IBM App Connect Enterprise v10.1, v11.0  and
  v12.0 include an ICU Timezone version which does not contain
  updates for Egypt DST changes.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now includes an updated ICU Timezone version ie  ICU
  TZ DATA VERSION: 2023C which has updates for Egypt DST changes
