  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  mqsipackagebar with -c -i options fails throwing a
  NoClassDefFoundError.
  
  For example:
  
  c:\> mqsipackagebar -a c:\temp\mapmset.bar -w
  c:\devel\ACE12_Mapper_Wrks -k MapMSet_App -c -i
  
  Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

Problem conclusion

• The command 'mqsipackagebar ' no longer throws
  NoClassDefFoundError when using -c -i options.
