SSL Client can stay down with batching turned on if the certificates were not created properly.
Local fix
1) Edit (or create if not already present) the file named env.yaml in directory /opt/ibm/datapower/drouter/local/<your datapower domain name> (alias local:/// in <your datapower domain name>) and add the following line to the file: CONFIG_SEQUENCE_BATCHING: off 2) Save the file. 3) Restart API Connect Gateway Service (apic-gw-service) manually to activate the change.
