IT43526: REST API FLOW WITH VALIDATION ENABLED CAUSE ABEND WHEN USING NODE LISTENER

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a REST API is using node-wide listeners with message
  validation option "Enable for request messages" selected, on
  requests the server crashes and creates abend and dump files.
  The generated abend stack shows following calls:

  IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 using REST API with integration
  node listener. </span>

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An abend/crash is seen when validation is enabled on the REST
  API project and the integration node listener is being used. The
  abend stack has the following calls on top
  
  EventHTTP!?requestMethod@Request
  readQueue@WSInputNode
  readQueue@WSInputNode
  

Problem conclusion

• The integration server no longer abends when validation is
  enabled on REST API application.
