Error description

• From 2022, Mexico no longer observes DST. A clock change will no
  longer happen on Sunday 30th October 2022 and instead Mexico
  time zones will remain on standard time.
  ICU TimeZone version 2022g includes updates for Mexico DST
  changes.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  From 2022, Mexico no longer observes DST. A clock change will no
  longer happen on Sunday 30th October 2022 and instead Mexico
  time zones will remain on standard time. IBM App Connect
  Enterprise v11.0  and v12.0 include an ICU Timezone version
  which does not contain updates for Mexico DST changes.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now includes an updated ICU Timezone version ie ICU
  TZ DATA VERSION: 2022G which has updates for Mexico DST changes.
