APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After upgrade to 10.1.14, the backup jobs are only partially
completed, and the following error message is displayed:
CTGGA0076,Unprotected VM:  xxx. Last error: [Failed to snapshot
storage volume]

Note: The following Vadp.log "VDDK_PhoneHome:" messages are not
related to the VMware backup issue, and can be ignored:

Problem conclusion


    

  • This problem has been fixed so that when more than 6 VMs are
selected for parallel VMware backup, the backup can be completed
successfully.
