• Setting posix file permission does not work if FileOutput node
  is configured with 'Write directly to the output file (append if
  file exists)' option.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Setting PosixPermissions does not create the output file with
  expected file permissions if FileOutput node is configured with
  'Write directly to the output file (append if file exists)'
  option.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now correctly set the file permissions on the output
  file created by FileOutput node as specified in the
  PosixPermissions element.
