Error description

  • In building the XML inputMap used by the some v5 policies,
control characters other than a tab, newline, and carriage
return character are not valid XML characters and would cause an
XML parse error. These characters will now be replaced by the
unicode replacement character which allows the XML parse to
    succeed.
