IT43279: WHEN ARCHIVE JOB RUNS, EITHER BACKUP OR COPY JOB CANNOT START WITH ERROR "FAILED TO CREATE TASK"

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When archive job runs, either backup to vSnap or copy job of
  same SLA cannot start with following error in job log:
  
  
  ERROR,xxxx,<date-time-timezone>,,,Failed to create task:
  
  
  The error java.lang.NullPointerException: null is returned when
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus tries to check conflicting jobs. The
  virgo log shows:
