Error description

• Under Hosts in Storage Insights GUI the Data Collection show for
  VCenter: Not Monitored.
  Additionally, it shows: "Failed" in the "Data Collection" column
  for currently active ESXi hosts.
  The ESXi Hosts that are being managed by the VCenter Server are
  not showing as being "monitored" in the customer's SI tenant.
