IT43114: UDP GLOBAL OVERRIDE IS NON-PERSISTENT IN ACE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Global override of the user defined property on a flow  via
  WebUI is non-persistent in ACE.  Hence,  the overrides would
  need to be re-applied after a restart of a server or a redeploy
  of an application.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12 who uses
  User Defined Property.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The User Defined Property (UDP) changes made via webUI are not
  persistent.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product is now modified such that the UDP override can be made
  persistent by adding below option to either server.conf.yaml
  (applicable at the specific server level) or node.conf.yaml file
  (will be applicable for all servers under the node):
  
  UserVariables:
    udp-persist-global-overrides: true
