APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When an ESQL module is promoted to a subflow node that becomes
part of a CMF, then the property is ignored.

Problem summary

USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12 and V11, migrated
from IBM Integration Bus, promoting multiline property such as
esql on subflow node.


Platforms affected:
MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
In compiled message flow overridden ESQL module from sub flow is
not executed. This happens if code is promoted from subflow and
reference is in msgflow (top level flow)

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The product has been fixed such that it now correctly promotes
multi line properties such as ESQL of subflows to the mainflow
