Error description

  • Performance monitoring runs as expected on monitored devices by
    Call Home with cloud services after they are initially added to
    a Storage Insights tenant.
    Then after a period of time (~2 days), the performance
    monitoring stops working properly.
    The following message can be seen in the logs:
    Jan 23 09:44:32 achp-74c4f4fd95-v9hmn achp warning Tenant
    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx unable to read to the vcopy id file if
    check whether vid file present in cos or last inventory succed
