IT42989: UDN NODES LIKE WTXNODE'S BAR OVERRIDDEN PROPERTY VALUE MAY NOT GET PICKED UP

Error description

• UDN Nodes like WTXNode's bar overridden property value may not
  get picked up if the same property is not set with a value in
  the message flow. For example if the WTXNodes's
  MapServerLocation property value is not set in the message flow
  node and only set in the bar file, then the property value set
  in the bar file won't get used during the message processing.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  UDN node like WTX node has optional property and the same
  property value can be overridden in the bar file. In the
  scenario where property value is not set in the message flow
  node and only set in the bar file, then the property value set
  in the bar file won't get used during the message processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• UDN node's bar overridden properties now correctly get used
  during the message processing.
