Error description
TLS key is not logged during packet capture with master-key option enabled. The logtemp:///sslkeyfile.log may still be created, however, the packet capture will not decrypt using the key file.
Local fix
A workaround is to use TLS v1.3 for the TLS connection with the remote host. Make sure the remote host supports TLS v1.3, then enable TLS v1.3 and disable all other versions in the TLS client/server profile prior to collecting the packet capture with Log TLS Key enabled.
