IT42907: THE "VM SLA POLICY RPO COMPLIANCE" REPORT DOESN'T DISPLAY UNPROTECTED VMS IN "NOT IN COMPLIANCE" SECTION

Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus backup job shows some VMs are
  unprotected. But "VM SLA Policy RPO Compliance" report doesn't
  show these failed VMs in "Not In Compliance" section. Also, when
  specifying some parameters, like Type=VMware, the Not in
  Compliance section shows nothing either.

Problem conclusion

• This is caused by incorrect logic in the report specification,
  which is not intended to perform complex calculations. These
  complex calculations have now been moved to the backend service,
  exposed as a new REST API endpoint, and verified to ensure the
  proper results. The corresponding report has been updated to use
  this REST API endpoint and the report has been simplified to
  display the data calculated by the backend service.
