Error description

• Used Capacity metric on capacity chart was shown in terms of
  GiB, recently in 4Q22 release was changed to TB on the storage
  subsystem level and Pool level.
  This results in a bad graph scale when comparing 2 or more
  metrics.
  The key capacity metrics should be shown in terms of GiB.
