Error description
User running DataPower fixpack 10.5.0.2 may observe unexpected 429 responses for their API calls. This issue is due to a change in fixpack 10.5.0.2, which changed the default value of the Enable hard limit parameter to on in the Rate Limit object on DataPower
Local fix
Manually disable Hard Limit for all impacted Products on DataPower level
Problem summary
Make sure that when the configuration is generated the correct type of limit is used as default as in previous releases.
