APAR status

Error description

  • After ibmint optimize the HTTP/SOAP/REST flows may not start if
    you have set forceServerHTTPS property in server.conf.yaml.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 with web service
    flows running on an optimised Integration server with
    forceServerHTTPS = true
    
    
    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform
    
    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When ibmint optimize server is run, it may result in potentially
    turn off some resources required for enabling HTTPS like the
    keystore/truststore support. So if you have If forceServerHTTPS
    property set in the server.conf.yaml, then it will result
    failure in the startup of all webservice flows.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The product will no longer fail to start HTTP/SOAP/REST flows
    throwing resource loading errors on starting the server, when
    forceServerHTTPS is set and then ibmint optimize server command
    is run.

    The fix is targeted for delivery in the following PTFs:
