Error description

• If mqsistop with immediate option is executed while a bipbroker
  process thread waiting for a response from an Integration Server
  for an AdminRequest then bipbroker process may not get stopped
  immediately, which delays the completion of mqsistop command.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 using the mqsistop
  command with immediate option.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If mqsistop command with immediate option is executed while a
  bipbroker process thread has been waiting for a response from an
  Integration Server for an AdminRequest then bipbroker process
  may not get stopped immediately, which delays the completion of
  mqsistop command.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now correctly stops the bipbroker process when
  mqsistop command is executed with immediate option.
