    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When ibmint optimize server command is run against a stand alone
integration server with local embedded cache enabled, it sets
the 'GlobalCache' component to false in the generated
    server.components.yaml file.

On restart of the server, it fails to detect the local embedded
cache settings and throws error "BIP7191E: The message flow
failed to connect to the global cache. The global cache
'cacheOn' property is set to false. All cache components are
unavailable." while trying to access the cache.

Problem conclusion

  • The product is modified such that the ibmint optimize server
command recognizes the Cache being enabled when the
defaultCacheType property is set to Local.
