Error description

• Behaviour of assigned values through promoted properties in ACE
  is different to IIB.The issue is observed only if the message
  flow has two nested subflows.

  All Users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 using the promoted
  properties from nested subflow.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If a promoted property value of a nested subflow node  is set as
  blank in the main flow then the property may return the value
  set in the subflow instead of blank value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now use correct value for the promoted property of a
  nested subflow.
