IT42537: MAPS FAIL TO COMPILE IF THEIR SUBMAPS HAVE SIMILAR NAMES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A map may fail to compile if several submaps end with the same
  sequence of characters, e.g. SUBMAP.map and anotherSUBMAP.map.
  In this case, mqsibar or ibmint commands with compile flags will
  fail with the following error -
  
  Error: Map '' failed XQuery validation.  Cause: MapException
  Failed to select required submap

  All IBM App Connect users, who compile GDM maps, which contain
  submaps with similar names

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A map may fail to compile if several submaps end with the same
  sequence of characters, e.g. SUBMAP.map and anotherSUBMAP.map.

Problem conclusion

• The compile of maps has been corrected so that the error no
  longer occurs
