  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The mqsicacheadmin command exposes several command line
  arguments to administer Extreme Scale based embedded global
  cache that are internally invoked via xscmd command line
  interface to interact with global cache.  The xscmd command line
  options that are not exposed via    mqsicacheadmin command can
  be executed externally using java command. The product
  documentation needs to be updated with the java command usage
  for invoking such xscmd options.

• IBM Integration Bus and App Connect Enterprise documentation
  page is updated to reflect how the xscmd command options can be
  used via java command.
