IT42396: COPY BACKUP FAILS TO CLEAN UP AUXILIARY PERSISTENT VOLUME

Error description

• Copy backup fails to delete auxiliary persistent volume created
  by baas agent during copy backup, if storage class of PVC has
  ReclaimPolicy set to Retain.
  
  
  To Reproduce
  
  
  1. Define storage class with ReclaimPolicy set to Retain
  2. Create a PVC and run a copy backup
  
  3. Auxiliary PVC named pvc-backup-namespace1-pvc1-XXXX is
  created as part of copy backup
  4. After successful copy backup, PV is not deleted shown as the
  command: oc get pv | grep pvc-backup-namespace1-pvc1
