Error description

• For an object missing error during JSON parsing, The
  ExceptionList tree is getting populated as:
  Catalog:CHARACTER:BIPmsgs
  Severity:INTEGER:0
  Number:INTEGER:5751
  Text:CHARACTER:A validation error occurred when parsing a JSON
  message
  
  When there is a failure in JSON validation, in cases like
  missing a required object a BIP5751 error is thrown with
  severity 0. But for parsing and validation errors the expected
  is Severity 3.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  JSON parsing checks whether the JSON input is in the format
  specified by the JSON specification. Enabling validation will
  check if the JSON input obeys the schema provided.
  
  For an object missing error during JSON parsing, the
  ExceptionList tree is getting populated as:
  
  Catalog:CHARACTER:BIPmsgs
  Severity:INTEGER:0
  Number:INTEGER:5751
  Text:CHARACTER:A validation error occurred when parsing a JSON
  message
  
  All the parsing and validation errors usually throw severity 3
  exceptions like in the case of SOAP parsing. So a severity 3
  exception is expected for BIP5751 instead of severity 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified such that the ExceptionList now
  shows severity 3 for JSON validation errors in input nodes.
