• Closed as program error.

Error description

• - if all host ports that are part of a connection status are
  offline , the host connection status is offline . After
  acknowledgement and a probe it becomes error - acknowledged
  - if some of the host ports that are part of a connection status
  are offline , the host connection status is degraded . After
  acknowledgement and a probe it becomes warning - acknowledged
