APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In Storage Insights, the log collection and upload operation
    for a storage device may intermittently complete and other
    times may fail.
    
    Example of failed upload task:
    
    Uploading system logs for system <storage_device> to ticket
    Task timed out because it did not complete in the expected time.
    
    
    Internal to Storage Insights, an error is logged when this
    failure occurs. The internal messaging associated with this
    failure is as follows:
    
    REST GW Service error [xxxxxxxxx] Upstream service error for
    /sapi/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/0/tcks/srm/tcks/v1/tenants/xxxxxxxxxxxxx
    xxx/storage_systems/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxedb/tickets/TSxxxxxx/upload:
    Error: socket hang up
        at connResetException (internal/errors.js:639:14)
        at TLSSocket.socketCloseListener (_http_client.js:449:25)
        at TLSSocket.emit (events.js:412:35)
        at net.js:686:12
        at TCP.done (_tls_wrap.js:564:7)
    Error code: ECONNRESET
