Error description

• IBM Storage Insights Probe job runs to targeted storage devices
  may fail due to post-processing errors resulting in a
  "Degraded" probe job status.
  
  This status is randomized due to timeouts during queries.
  i.e.
  IBM Storage Insights UI -> Resources -> Block Storage Systems ->
  and view "Probe Status" of the relevant Storage Device.
