Error description
When using the Oracle UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW function to convert data to an Oracle RAW value for insertion into a BLOB column. The insert fails with the error "[IBM][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver]Invalid hexadecimal character found during conversion. Error in parameter X."

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus V10, App Connect Enterprise Version 11 or Version 12 Platforms affected: AIX, Linux on x86-64 platform, Linux on zSeries platform, Windows on x86-64 platform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When App Connect Enterprise attempted to insert Oracle 'RAW' data into BLOB database column it resulted in a failed insert. The failure had this error message "[IBM][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver]Invalid hexadecimal character found during conversion. Error in parameter X." Where X was the parameter marker number for the BLOB column.
Problem conclusion
