Error description

• MQSI_FILENODES_DISABLE_LOCKING environment variable can be set
  to avoid file locking by FileInput node message flows. But
  setting this environment variable is causing empty files to be
  created and retain in the mqsitransitin/locks folder.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and V12.0 using
  the MQSI_FILENODES_DISABLE_LOCKING environment variable.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  MQSI_FILENODES_DISABLE_LOCKING environment variable can be set
  to avoid file locking by FileInput node message flows. But
  setting this environment variable is causing empty files to be

Problem conclusion

• The product no longer keep empty files in the
  mqsitransitin/locks folder.
