Error description

• mqsicacheadmin IntNode -c getTraceSpec command is failing with
  below error:
  BIP8632E: Invalid value supplied for argument '--command'. Valid
  values are 'clearGrid|showMapSizes|placementServiceStatus|route
  table|showPlacement|listHosts'.
  The specified argument should be well formed.
  Correct and reissue the command.
  
  Same error is getting for following commands also:
  triggerPlacement, revisions, balanceShardTypes and balanceStatus

  mqsicacheadmin command fails to recognize all valid command
  options and thus fails with BIP8632E error.

  The specified argument should be well formed.

• The command 'mqsicacheadmin'  has been updated to recognize all
  valid command line arguments.
