Error description

• Storage Insights Data Collector toast banner message do not list
  the Associated Data Collector name.
  
  For example:
  Data Collector Disconnected
  1 of X data collectors stopped collecting metadata in the last X
  minutes. You might notice gaps in charts or reports if metadata
  about the device was not collected.
  
  Additionally, a log collecting such Data Collector Toast Banner
  messages, generated on the Data Collector host will be useful to
  aid in support.
  
  APAR opened to investigate adding Data Collector Names to the
  associated banner messaging.
