  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Spectrum Control assigns a unique ID to each                 *
  * resource/entity.                                             *
  * Those IDs are consecutive, positive integer values: from 1   *
  * up to                                                        *
  * Integer.MAX_VALUE.                                           *
  * In some instances, Spectrum Control reached the maximum      *
  * value, and gapFileAuto got created for those.                *
  * Each line from the gapFileAuto is an interval of IDs that    *
  * are                                                          *
  * detected as not being not used in Spectrum Control. When     *
  * Spectrum Control finds the gapFileAuto, it will take the IDs *
  * from                                                         *
  * there.                                                       *
  * When all the IDs from gapFileAuto get used up, the           *
  * gapFileAuto                                                  *
  * must be regenerated.                                         *
  * This APAR generates the gapFileAuto automatically when no    *
  * more                                                         *
  * IDs are available.                                           *
