When a message flow containing RestRequest node is in an application and the swagger doc is in the subfloder of an included static library, the deployment fails with "BIP6353E: REST request node 'xxxxx' failed to deploy because the REST API definition file '<subfloder>/swagger.json' does not exist or cannot be found." as the RestRequest node is not able to locate a file with a folder path specified

Problem conclusion
