IT41529: VMWARE GUEST RESTORE FROM ALTERNATE VSNAP FAILS WITH CTGGA2355 WHEN THE PRIMARY VSNAP IS OFFLINE

Error description

• In IBM Spectrum Protect Plus, when a VMware guest restore is
  performed from an alternate vSnap while the primary vSnap is
  unavailable, the restore fails.
  This only happens when the
  alternate vSnap is belonging to a different site than the
  primary vSnap and fails to select a vADP from the secondary
  site for the restore job.

Problem conclusion

• When restoring a VM from an offloaded copy using an alternate
  vSnap the VADP proxy selection was still based on source
  snapshot site. Proxy selection logic was changed to use the site
  of the selected vSnap server.
