Error description
Storage Insights fails to upload logs to blue diamond Spectrum Virtualize hardware support cases. Attempts either appear to be successful but no logs show up or sometimes a timeout message is displayed. Internal to Storage Insights, a null pointer exception is logged when this failure occurs.
