IT41483: THE INHERITANCE OF THE BROKER WORK PATH FOLDER IS GETTING DISABLED/MODIFIED AT THE TIME OF NODE CREATION.

Error description

• If the target directory already exists and contains any
  files/folders, the inheritance of the shared work path folder of
  the broker is getting disabled/modified at the time of node
  creation on Windows.

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of App connect enterprise V11 and V12 who specifies
  shared workpath while creating integration node.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  Windows on x86-64 platform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If the shared work path specified in the mqsicreatebroker
  command already exists and it contains any files or folders in
  it, then the inheritance of the shared workpath is getting
  disabled/modified while creating an integration node.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product will no longer modifies the inheritance of the shared
  work path of the integration node.
