IT41455: STOPPING MULTIPLE FLOWS AT THE SAME TIME CAUSES THE TOOLKIT TO DO MANY REFRESHES

Error description

• If many flows are stopped at the same time the Toolkit will
  refresh the Integration Server view for each flow which can
  impact the user's ability to use the Toolkit and causes a delay

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Stopping, starting or deleting multiple flows at the same time
  would cause the Toolkit to refresh the server view for each
  flow, which would cause the Toolkit to be unresponsive and cause
  an unnecessary delay.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed so the Toolkit no longer refreshes the
  server view for each flow being interacted with.
