IT41210: NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION WHEN USING GETPROPERTY IN THE CONSTRUCTOR OF A CONNECTOR

Error description

• When using the connector framework to develop custom java
  connectors for IBM Integration Bus or App Connect Enterprise the
  properties representing a connector's configuration are only
  added to the connector during the call to initialise(). If the
  properties are accessed using the getProperty() method during
  the constructor of a connector then a NullPointerException is
  caused for example:
  
  IIB[107633]: IBM Integration Bus v100020 (RABBITMQ_TEST.default)
  [Thread 107824] (Msg 2/2) BIP13051E: Error occurred in common
  connector 'TestRabbitMQ_RabbitMQOutput':
  'java.lang.NullPointerException'
  
  Additionally it is not clearly documented that properties should
  not be accessed until after initialisation.

Problem conclusion

• The connector framework has been modified such that calls to
  getProperty() will return null if made from the constructor of a
