IT41079: HOD 14.05 - THE DIALOG FOR EXTENDED KEY USAGE FAILS TO DISPLAY BUTTONS TO ADD NEW ONES.

Error description

• HOD 14.0.5 - When users attempts to add Extended Key Usage the
  users are unable to see  the "Add Extended Key" button if the
  display (layout / scale) is set to anything other than 125%.
  The users are using a display scaling / layout of 150 % and much
  higher with a screen resolution that is also high. The dialog
  needs to be corrected so that it handles the display
  differences.
