APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Customer is not able TO REGISTER RFC PROGRAM SAP INPUT NODES
AFTER APPLYING SAP RELEASE NOTE 2246160 if they are using LOAD
balancing configuration. Sequence of classname, logon group and
IPaddress has changed and is returned as metadata information.

Local fix

  • Rollback SAP upgrade

USERS AFFECTED:
All Users of IIBV10 , ACEV11 and ACEV12 who are upgrading SAP
Server by applying patch 2246160.

MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After upgrading the remote SAP system, Message flows containing
SAP Input nodes are failing to register with SAP server in load
balancing scenario.

Problem conclusion

  • Message flows containing SAP Input nodes now successfully
register with SAP server in load balancing scenario.
