Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  The problem is most likely to be seen during a queue manager
  restart with active channel connections.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An internal channel entry was reused before it was safe to do so
  and this caused IBM MQ to read an uninitialised value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ listener code was corrected to protect against the
  reuse of internal channel entries if they were still in use.
