IT40731: WEB USER INTERFACE IS NOT STARTING AND IS POSTING MESSAGE "SERVER IS COMING UP, PLEASE WAIT"

Error description

• When opening the user interface from the web browser for IBM
  Spectrum Protect Plus - message "server is coming up, please
  wait" is displayed. All the services required to start the
  console are showing 'active & running' when checking it from the
  command line using 'systemctl status' for services: virgo,
  mongod, mongod2, rabbitmq-server.
  After restarting the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus server the
  following error message is displayed at the virgo file located
  at server folder "/opt/virgo/serviceability/logs/":
  
  ERROR - Context initialization failed org.springframework.beans.
     factory.UnsatisfiedDependencyException:
     Error creating bean with name 'appServerVmsResourceAssembler'
     : Unsatisfied dependency expressed through field
     'applicationDataProvider';
     nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.
     UnsatisfiedDependencyException: Error creating bean with name
     'applicationDataProvider': Unsatisfied dependency expressed
     through field 'applicationProviderRecovery'; nested exception
     is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException:
     Error creating bean with name 'applicationProviderRecovery'
     defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/application
     Context.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested
     exception is com.syncsort.dp.xsb.commons.plugin.Service
     InstanceNotRegisteredException:Service instance for type
     recovery is not registered
  
  This message indicates that an application bundle is failing to

Problem conclusion

• Delayed loading of dependencies that was causing the failure
  during virgo service startup. After applying the fix the fix
  virgo service will not fail during startup with dependency
  errors for the specified modules.
