If a message tree contains elements whose namespace is either the reserved XML namespace http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace or the reserved xmlns namespace http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/ and such elements are not owned the XMLNSC parser then the flow exerciser will not be able to display these messages.

Problem conclusion
